PRODUCTION TIMES
• While we mostly work for customized jewelry so pieces are make to order so you need to allow 7-10 business days (excluding holidays) after you place your order, and orders which are ready to ship can be dispatched with-in 2-5 business days (excluding holidays) after you place your order.
However the above mentioned work cycle is of routine process, If you need to meet any deadline, please write to us and we would try to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING TIMES
• All packages sent within the India include a tracking number.
• The following production and shipping times are approximate and do not take holidays into consideration
• For any rush inquiry, please contact us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• The order recipient is the importer on record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
• HKJewellers is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes ("VAT"), tariffs, and any other associated fees. Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes and refused shipping charges.
• Please be aware of your country's customs tax charges, if any. You can visit your country's customs agency website for more info.
• Shipping times will vary depending on the carrier and the destination.
• Packages may take 15-20 days to be delivered, on average, depending on your location and customs delays. HKJewellers is not responsible for delay in terms of delivery times for international shipping due to customs regulations.
• We are also not responsible for lost or wrongly delivered package maybe because of wrong mentioned delivery address.
